How Much Does House Cleaning Cost in Singapore? (2026 Price Guide)
Most price figures published for Singapore cleaning are somebody’s estimate. This guide uses only prices a company put on its own website, each one traced to that price list and the date it was read.

The monthly packages are the clearest of the set, because they name what you get: S$431 a month buys one 3-hour visit a week, S$478 a month buys one 4-hour visit, and the figure roughly doubles and triples for 2 and 3 visits a week, up to S$1,426.
Almost every published price is a starting price
A “from” price is the cheapest version of the job: a small unit, nothing unusual, no extras. The gap between that and the invoice is visible only where a company publishes both ends of its range, and 2 do. One prices a one-off spring or end-of-tenancy clean at S$191 to S$669, by floor area and the number of cleaners sent. Another publishes S$198 to S$668 by floor area. On both, the top of the range is more than 3 times the start.
No company on this list publishes what a finished post-renovation job costs. The 4 that publish a number publish only where it begins. An earlier version of this guide carried wider ranges for move-out and post-renovation work that came from no price list at all. They have been removed rather than adjusted.
What moves the price between the start and the invoice
Floor area, more than anything else. One company publishes its whole rate card by size:

The rate per square foot falls as the home gets bigger, and the total still climbs. A second company charges S$0.40 a square foot for deep floor cleaning on the same logic.
Condition. An empty unit after a renovation, or one handed back at the end of a tenancy, takes longer than a home that has been cleaned every week.
How many cleaners turn up. One of the 2 published ranges names cleaner count alongside floor area as what sets the final number.
Frequency. Some published rates come with a commitment. One company’s S$25 an hour needs a minimum of 4 sessions, and every monthly package above is a weekly booking.
Add-ons, which are quoted separately. Sofa, mattress and curtain cleaning are priced on their own: mattresses from S$40 to S$80, sofas from S$40 to S$180, curtains from S$12 to S$35 a piece. Aircon servicing runs from S$16 to S$24 a unit on the lists that price per unit.
What a price list does not always show

- A 20% surcharge on Sundays and public holidays at one company, and in peak periods such as Chinese New Year at another.
- A same-day booking fee, S$54 at one company.
- Cleaning supplies, charged at S$80 to S$86 a set where the client does not provide their own, plus S$30 for a vacuum.
- Transport, S$12 to some addresses.
- Cancellation, S$10 inside 24 hours and S$20 for a no-show at one company.
How to get a quote you can line up against another
Quotes usually differ because they are quotes for different jobs.
- State your home type and floor area, in square feet if you know it.
- Name the exact service: general, deep, move-out or post-renovation.
- List the add-ons you want included rather than quoted later.
- Say whether it is one-off or recurring.
- Ask the same 4 things of 2 or 3 companies, and compare the all-in figure.

Why do cleaning quotes vary so much for the same job?
Because a published price is where the job starts and a quote is what the job turns out to be. Floor area is the biggest single driver: one company's own rate card falls from S$0.60 a square foot under 599 sq ft to S$0.175 above 5,001 sq ft, which means the rate drops while the total keeps rising. Condition and cleaner count move it again.
